Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Process Associate / SME – FP&A; to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FP&A;, financial reporting, Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and advanced Excel. You will work closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and prepare management reports.

- Develop financial models and dashboards for business performance tracking.

- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Work with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and Power BI for reporting and planning.

- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely financial reporting.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.





- Collaborate with business teams to improve financial planning processes.

- Assist in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and reporting standards.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3) .

- CPA, CFA, or MBA is an added advantage.

- 4–8 years of relevant FP&A; or Financial Analysis experience.

- Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
