What does an HR Generalist really do? As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations.

As a HR Generalist, you will:

Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; and training and development.

Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations,
