Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Check & MIS Analyst to perform quality reviews, compliance verification, audit support, and MIS reporting across Finance & Accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing, Treasury, Tax, and FP&A.;

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality checks and internal control reviews across F&A; processes.

- Review compliance, approvals, SOX reporting, and accounting deliverables.

- Support AP, PTP, and RTR teams during month-end and quarter-end closing.

- Assist with statutory audits, internal audits, and GFC compliance.

- Prepare MIS reports, SLA/KPI dashboards, and governance presentations.

- Coordinate with global stakeholders and clients on quality, compliance, and performance.

- Conduct periodic training on accounting policies, procedures, and client-specific changes.





- Identify process gaps, analyze errors, and drive continuous improvement and transformation.

- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and recommend corrective actions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations, quality control, audit, or MIS.

- Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, PTP, OTC, and RTR processes.

- Excellent analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Valuable understanding of ERP systems and financial controls.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Strong stakeholder management and result-oriented approach.

- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work with global stakeholders.

Education

Finance or Commerce qualification preferred, such as B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent.
