Job Title : Delivery Manager – HRIS

Job Description

We are hiring a Delivery Manager – HRIS to lead end-to-end HR operations delivery with a strong focus on HRIS platforms, payroll compliance, and service management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRIS, HR operations, US payroll, Oracle HRMS, and SAP SuccessFactors , along with proven leadership and client management capabilities.

The role will drive SLA/KPI adherence, system optimization, automation, compliance, and continuous improvement within a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across HRIS-driven operations.

- Manage SLA and KPI performance across HR processes.

- Oversee US payroll statutory compliance , taxation, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors .

- Drive HRIS automation and digital transformation initiatives.

- Lead client governance reviews and stakeholder engagements.

- Ensure HR/payroll data accuracy, reporting integrity, and audit readiness.





- Act as escalation point for HRIS and payroll issues.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and internal delivery teams.

- Drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IT, Finance, or related field .

- HRIS or payroll certification is preferred.

- Strong English communication skills.

- Experience: 7–10 years as per role requirement.

- Strong leadership experience in HR operations, HRIS delivery, or HRO service management.
