The Opportunity

Take the lead in driving end-to-end General Ledger operations, financial close, reporting, compliance, and team performance in a global finance environment.

We’re looking for a finance leader with strong GL expertise, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders, teams, and critical financial processes.

What You’ll Lead

- Own end-to-end General Ledger operations , including journals, accruals and reconciliations.

- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities.

- Review Balance Sheet reconciliations, P&L; and financial reporting .

- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS and SOX controls .

- Support internal and external audits.

- Drive process standardization, automation and continuous improvement.

- Partner with AP, AR, FP&A; and Tax teams.

- Manage escalations and senior stakeholder communication.

- Lead,



mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.

Must Have

- 12–15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

- B.Com, M.Com or equivalent finance/accounting graduation.

- Strong expertise in General Ledger, Journal Preparation, Reconciliation, Reporting and Month-End Close .

- Valuable understanding of IFRS/GAAP .

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle .

Good to Have

- Trial Balance and P&L; review/consolidation experience.

- Shared Services/BPO or global finance operations experience.

- Multi-country accounting exposure.

- Experience managing teams of 10+ .
