We are seeking an experienced Record to Report (R2R) Operations Specialist with strong expertise in Account Reconciliations to join our Finance Operations team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of general ledger processes, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and transaction review.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform account reconciliations and analyse financial transactions and balances.

- Collect and review operational and financial data to support accurate financial reporting.

- Analyse discrepancies and resolve moderately complex accounting and reconciliation issues.

- Work with general ledger and sub-ledger information to ensure accurate financial records.

- Develop or adapt existing methods and procedures to address new assignments and business requirements.

- Apply sound judgement when determining appropriate reconciliation and problem-solving approaches.

- Support team objectives in line with the strategic direction set by senior management.

- Collaborate with supervisors,



peers, client stakeholders, and management as required.

- Manage small teams or work efforts where applicable.

- Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines and quality standards.

- Contribute to process improvements and effective Finance Operations practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7 to 11 years of relevant professional experience .

- Strong expertise in Account Reconciliations .

- Understanding of Record to Report (R2R) and Finance Operations processes.

- Good knowledge of general ledger and sub-ledger accounting concepts.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle moderately complex accounting issues.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

- Experience managing small teams or work efforts is an advantage.
