Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in home loans. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, converting leads into business, and ensuring a smooth home loan process.

Key Responsibilities
Company-provided leads: Work on leads provided by the company to generate home loan business.
Connect with prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.




Explain suitable home loan products and guide customers through the application process.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and documentation teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans .
Good communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and loan processing.
Ability to convert company-provided leads into business.
Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
