About Nurturers At Nurturers Centre for Diverse Learners, we are committed to empowering neurodivergent children to reach their fullest potential through individualised education, therapy, life skills training, and inclusive learning opportunities. Our multidisciplinary team of Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, and Psychologists works collaboratively to support children with diverse developmental and learning needs.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator who believes in every child's potential and is committed to building skills, fostering independence, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
Conduct educational assessments to identify children's learning strengths, needs, and areas requiring support.
Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's developmental and educational goals.
Plan and deliver structured learning sessions using individualised, evidence-informed teaching strategies.
Work on foundational academic skills, including pre-writing, reading, writing, mathematics, and phonics.
Support the development of functional academics, daily living skills,



social skills, and independence.
Adapt teaching strategies and learning materials to suit individual learning profiles.
Contribute to school readiness, classroom integration, and inclusive education initiatives.
Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in Special Education from a recognised institution.
Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, or other neurodevelopmental conditions will be preferred.
Knowledge of IEP development, educational assessments, and individualised teaching strategies.
A patient, empathetic, and child-centred approach to learning and development.
