The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales reports, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover, and providing regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.



The Sales Executive is expected to meet defined sales targets while delivering qualified and consistent customer service.
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client servicing in infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships, manage multiple opportunities, and follow up consistently to close deals.
Comfort with basic sales reporting, documentation, and use of CRM or similar tools to track leads and opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, architect or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proactive, self-motivated, and organized, with a focus on meeting targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and travel locally for client meetings as required.
