Job Description

We are looking for a Customer to Cash / Record to Report (C2C/R2R) – Team Member with experience in Finance and Accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of General Ledger accounting, Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Month-End Close activities, and ERP systems .

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and post Journal Entries in ERP systems.

- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements and other reconciliation activities.

- Handle Cash, Card, and other tender reconciliations .

- Prepare month-end schedules for different tenders and support Month-End Close activities .

- Manage general accounting processes, including journal entry preparation and posting.

- Process R2R transactions accurately and within defined timelines.

- Support internal and external audit requirements.

- Resolve general accounting-related issues in coordination with Team Leads.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness,



and timely delivery of daily transactions.

- Work on MS Excel , including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP .

- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience working in a C2C role using Oracle .

- Understanding of the Revenue Recognition process .

- Experience in general accounting or outsourced R2R operations .

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3) .

- B.Com, M.Com, or similar non-technical graduation preferred .

- Relevant experience of 1 to 5 years in Finance & Accounting / R2R operations.

- Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational and night shifts.
