About the job :The Principal Product Manager will lead priority Front Office / SECO transformation initiatives from problem definition and MVP development through launch, adoption and scale.What You'll Do :Own the Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap :- Own the vision, strategy and outcome-driven roadmap for priority Front Office / SECO initiatives.- Develop compelling value propositions and investment cases that connect customer value with revenue and strategic impact.- Define the path from MVP to scale through target segments and phased rollouts.Lead Adoption from MVP to Scale :- Own the end-to-end adoption strategy from customer validation through launch, activation, and sustained value realization.- Develop segment-specific adoption playbooks combining in-product guidance, defaults, and enablement.- Define success measures and use product analytics to assess performance and refine the user experience.Define and Use Adoption Metrics :- Define an end-to-end adoption measurement framework covering activation, usage depth,
