Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT/non-IT recruitment for permanent and contract staffing.
Work on various IT/non-IT roles and technologies across junior to senior levels.
Maintain ownership and commitment on deliverables with accountability and transparency.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3–5 years of robust experience in IT recruitment (contract + permanent).
- Proven track record of closing niche IT roles within defined timelines.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking).
- Self-motivated.
