ALTEN is Hiring Design Engineer from Automotive Interior/Exterior domain.

Job Description

Experience in Automotive Interior /Exterior Trim Design using CATIA V5.

Strong knowledge of Interior/Exterior plastic design, injection molding, material selection & manufacturing constraints.

Good understanding of vehicle architecture, systems & sub-systems for seamless product integration.

Experience in benchmarking, packaging studies, and defining optimal design solutions.

Familiar with automotive safety standards & regulatory requirements for exterior trims.

Ability to work with styling teams to convert design concepts into manufacturable parts.

Skilled in evaluating manufacturing, assembly & service feasibility.

Robust problem-solving, project management & communication skills.

Experience: 5-7 Years

Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant

Location: Chennai (Chengalpattu)
