Job Title: Team Member – Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to support HR Operations and manage blue-collar hiring for plant locations . The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing open positions, and working closely with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for plant locations.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

- Track and manage open positions to ensure timely closure.

- Visit ITI institutes to build candidate pools and support hiring activities.

- Handle candidate communication, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

- Ensure hiring is completed within agreed SLAs, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements .

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

- Support hiring for NAPS/NATS and temporary workforce , where applicable.

- Manage sensitive and customer-facing activities professionally.

Required Skills & Experience





- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

- Experience in blue-collar hiring is preferred.

- Understanding of sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes.

- Experience with ITI hiring is an advantage.

- NAPS/NATS and temporary workforce hiring experience is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP .

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work within deadlines.

- Willingness to travel to ITI institutes and other hiring locations.
