Role Overview

TCS is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead strategic sourcing and commercial management for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role involves procurement strategy, supplier governance, contract management, lease negotiations, facilities procurement, stakeholder management, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real estate and workplace categories.

- Lead procurement for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance, utilities, and workplace services.

- Conduct supplier identification, RFx events, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection.

- Manage contract negotiations and supplier governance activities.

- Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Workplace Services teams.

- Support site selection, lease negotiations, and commercial discussions.

- Monitor supplier performance and SLA compliance.

- Drive savings, cost optimization,



and value realization initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delegated authority, and audit requirements.

- Lead supplier performance reviews and resolve vendor issues.

- Mentor team members and standardize sourcing processes and reporting.

- 8–15 years of Strategic Sourcing / Procurement experience.
