About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Call and follow up with travel leads.
2. Explain tour packages and assist clients.
3. Maintain records, payment lists, and Excel sheets.
4. Manage inquiry data, client documents, and tour files.
5. Support basic marketing, including Instagram replies, posting updates, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
6. Coordinate with the internal team for bookings and confirmations.
7. Assist in content coordination and online updates. Skill(s) required

Effective Communication MS-Excel Travel Management

Other requirements

1. Graduate (travel and tourism preferred but not mandatory).
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in travel, customer service, operations, or a similar role. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
3. Telecalling, sales, or operations experience preferred (travel industry a bonus).
4. Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
5. Comfortable with calling clients.
6. Basic to good Excel knowledge.
7. Organized and good with follow-ups.
8. Social media friendly (Instagram and WhatsApp Business).
9. Responsible, proactive,



and able to work independently.
10. Passion for travel and learning about international destinations is a plus.
