We're looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist with strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations, Indian statutory compliance, and client management. If you thrive in a deadline-driven setting and are passionate about payroll accuracy and service excellence, we'd love to connect with you!

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients.
Handle salary calculations, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Manage payroll reconciliation, salary registers, payslips, tax calculations, and payroll reports.
Handle employee onboarding, salary revisions, full and final settlements,



and payroll-related queries.
Coordinate with client HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Support payroll audits, statutory reporting, and process improvements.
5–10 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations.

- Proven experience managing payroll for multiple clients, preferably in a payroll outsourcing or managed services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS & Payroll software.
- Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

A detail-oriented payroll professional who can independently manage multiple client accounts and deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services.
