As a Social Media Group Head, you will take end-to-end ownership of assigned US Sports pages, driving content strategy, traffic growth, and monetization performance. Traffic and Monetization are the two key performance metrics for this role.

Owning and managing social media pages for allocated US Sports verticals
Identifying high-performing content formats to maximize traffic and revenue
Monitoring page-level traffic, link clicks, CTRs, and engagement




Driving and tracking monetization performance of assigned pages
Analyzing asset-level and page-level performance to refine strategy
Publishing, scheduling, and optimizing content across platforms
Prior experience managing sports-focused social media pages
Solid understanding of social media algorithms and platform behaviour
Strong understanding of digital traffic growth and monetization strategies
Knowledge of Canva and short-form video formats
Basic experience with AI tools for editing or content enhancement
Proven experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
Good knowledge of AI first social media knowledge and usage of AI tools.
