Job Description:
We are hiring a Lead Finance Analyst – OTC to support Finance & Accounting operations with a focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The role involves handling Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, Bad Debt Management, MIS Reporting, Stakeholder Management, and Process Improvements .

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel , and the ability to support team performance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage OTC / F&A; operational activities and ensure timely delivery.

- Handle Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management.

- Resolve stakeholder queries and escalations with clear and concise communication.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports using MS Excel.





- Maintain and update SOPs and ensure process compliance.

- Identify process gaps and drive efficiency and improvement initiatives.

- Support team collaboration, training, and cross-functional activities.

- Ensure adherence to deadlines and a strong financial control environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, BBA, BCCA, MBA, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in OTC / F&A; operations.

- Solid English communication skills.

- Flexible to work in shifts from Nagpur.
