F&A; Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&A; Team Leader with solid knowledge of Finance and Equities Markets, particularly company financials and analyst/broker estimates. The ideal candidate should have strong team management, analytical, communication, and client management skills, with the ability to drive productivity, quality, and SLA performance.

- MBA Finance

- ICWA

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 team members .

- Manage and monitor client-defined SLAs and internal performance metrics .

- Drive production management and track productivity metrics.

- Analyze work-volume trends, identify peaks and valleys, and manage resources accordingly.

- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.

- Monitor individual and team performance against defined targets.

- Compile performance reports and ensure timely action on customer feedback.

- Identify training needs and recommend process-specific and soft-skill training.

- Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support implementation of process improvement recommendations.

- Participate in operations and client/relationship calls.

- Drive team motivation and conduct regular performance reviews.





- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure the team meets or exceeds defined performance thresholds.

- Create and implement processes that improve business performance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Finance and Equities Markets , particularly company financials and analyst/broker estimates.

- Strong team management and leadership skills.

- Experience managing teams of up to 15–20 members.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office .

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience as an F&A; Team Leader .

- Experience in Finance & Accounting operations, financial research, or equity-market-related processes will be preferred.
