Overview:

We are hiring a Lead for Pricing and Commercial Strategy for Chennai!

If you have 7-10 years of experience in Pricing and Contracting, OTC, BPS, Commercial Finance, FP&A;, and Financial Modeling, this role is for you.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst / Team Lead to develop, review, and optimize pricing strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and competitive positioning. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver commercially viable and customer-centric pricing solutions and play a key role in deal structuring, RFQ / RFP responses, and pricing governance.

Education:

- 15 years of regular,



full-time education is mandatory - 10+2+3

- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Must Have:

- Expertise in BPS, Pricing and Contracting

- 7-8 years of experience in Pricing / Commercial Finance / FP&A; / Contracting

- Global and client-facing experience preferred

- Solid financial modeling and analytical skills

- Working knowledge of P&L;, cost structures, and margin optimization

- Advanced Excel skills - Data visualization tools experience is a plus

- ERP exposure - SAP, Oracle, or equivalent

- Strong understanding of pricing strategies - cost-based, value-based, competitive pricing

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple deals simultaneously
