Marketing Head / CMO – Hospitality & Venue Growth

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Head / CMO to lead marketing, business development, and revenue growth for a portfolio of banquet venues. The candidate will be responsible for increasing event bookings, strengthening brand positioning, and building a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase venue bookings and overall revenue.
Drive business growth across weddings, corporate events, social functions, and other hospitality segments.
Lead digital marketing, brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing and business development team.
Define growth targets, monitor performance, and ensure measurable business results.
Relevant experience in hospitality, weddings, banquet venues, event management, or venue marketing.
Proven experience in marketing leadership, business development, and revenue generation.
Robust industry network with the ability to generate leads and close high-value bookings.
