Design and develop refrigeration systems, components, and assemblies for HVAC&R; products.

- Perform refrigeration cycle calculations, load analysis, and system performance evaluations.
- Select and size compressors, heat exchangers, expansion devices, refrigerants, and other system components.
- Create and modify 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools.
- Conduct design validation through simulations, testing, and prototype evaluations.
- Analyze system performance, energy efficiency, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality functions during product development.
- Support product design reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASHRAE, AHRI, UL, ISO, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in current product development, value engineering, and cost reduction projects.



Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Thermal Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in refrigeration system design, HVAC, or thermal product development.

CAD Tools: Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or AutoCAD.

Experience working on HVAC, Commercial Refrigeration, Heat Pumps, Rooftop Units, Chillers, or Industrial Cooling Products.

Understanding of energy efficiency standards and sustainability initiatives.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
