International Voice Process Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in the International Voice Process who possess excellent English communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions via voice.

- Resolve customer queries related to subscriptions, billing, account access, software installation, and technical support.

- Deliver excellent customer service while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Meet operational KPIs and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate (Mandatory).





- Minimum experience in an International Voice Process .

- Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level preferred).

- Experience in customer support, cross-selling, or upselling.

- Immediate joiner.

- Willing to work from the Hyderabad office in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support workplace.
