The EMEA S&T; finance Manager is responsible to lead and manage S&T; costs that includes FTE costs, Global allocations, IT investments, IT Capex, software and licences, Discretionary and all other costs (Consultant, OBS, Contractor spend, Leasing & Rental) etc. This individual will be responsible to work closely with the EMEA S&T; team and with the function lead in ICC. He will also partner wth ICC Manager in discussions with senior stakeholders to challenge overspend, make recommendations on savings and present financials with meaningful insights.

Download reports from SAP and generate spend reports by function
Partner closely with EMEA BU FP&A; teams to ensure accurate P&L; reporting and adherence to processes




Develop an understanding of different global functions financial objectives to effectively play a key role as a business partner
Promote and adhere to ICC ways of working, culture and values

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with solid preference for Masters degree
Min 6 years of relevant finance experience
Strong FP&A; skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) experience highly preferred
Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
