In this role, youll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, lead engagement initiatives, and support core HR operations across designated teams..

Employee Engagement & Experience (Primary Focus)
Design, implement, and track engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and employee needs.
Drive pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders on actionable improvements.
Organize events, celebrations, wellness programs, and other cultural activities across teams.
Partner to align engagement with learning and development goals.




Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units on people-related matters.
Work with managers to resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
HR Operations & Support
Support onboarding and offboarding experience for employees in your aligned teams.
Partner with internal HR teams on performance reviews, policy awareness, and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements

2-3 years of experience in HR - Employee Engagement, or similar HR roles.

- Proven experience in designing and executing employee engagement activities or campaigns.
- Analytical mindset to interpret survey data and engagement metrics. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
