Partner & Advisor Recruitment: Drive continuous onboarding, expansion, and scaling of agency partners, business associates, and life insurance advisors. [1, 2]
Business & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual New Business Premium (NBP) and sales targets. [1, 2]
Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, train, and motivate sales managers, agency leaders, and advisors to drive activity management and product mix optimization. [1, 2]
