Education:

- M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA, or Engineering

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Mandatory)

- Black Belt, Master Black Belt, PMP, Agile, QMS, or Digital certifications are an added advantage

Must-Have Skills:

- 10+ years of overall experience in Business Excellence, Delivery Excellence, or Transformation

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional in FAO processes

- Hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Quality Management Systems (iQMS)

- Robust client and stakeholder management skills

- Expertise in business process improvement and operational excellence

- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Automation & Digital Transformation

- Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML)

- ISO, CMMI, Agile, PMP, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certifications

- Program Management and Innovation initiatives

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive Delivery Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across client accounts.

- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve productivity and deliver measurable business value.

- Deploy and sustain Quality Management Systems (iQMS), ISO, and CMMI practices.





- Conduct workshops and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma, Quality, and Digital Transformation.

- Drive automation and innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

- Identify and mitigate process risks using proactive quality frameworks.

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to implement Delivery Excellence programs.

- Develop continuous improvement roadmaps and promote a data-driven culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.

- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to driving transformation.

- Willing to work in rotational shifts and travel as per business requirements.

Important Information:

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is Mandatory

- Minimum 4 years of FAO Transformation/Lean Six Sigma experience is Mandatory

- Willing to work in all shifts

- Travel flexibility as per business requirements
