Job Description

We are looking for an experienced recruitment qualified to manage global university recruitment, candidate sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in recruitment processes, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Workday.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead proactive sourcing, candidate outreach, and relationship-building to attract high-quality candidates.

- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to support hiring goals.

- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.

- Represent the organization at career fairs, university visits, community events, and virtual recruitment sessions.

- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and other applicant tracking systems.

- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.





- Conduct phone and video interviews and present shortlisted candidates with assessment summaries.

- Prepare offer packages, coordinate approvals, and collaborate with compensation teams to ensure compliance with company policies.

- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or university recruitment.

- Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.

- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage recruitment data, reporting, and candidate pipelines.

- Willingness to travel for university events when required.
