Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on fit and relevant experience
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Qualifications Graduation in Science, Commerce, or Arts.
Experience - 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Positive command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is essential.
Prepare commercial documents such as quotations, invoices, final invoices, billing documents, packing lists, and other order-related documents.
Coordinate with the factory and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Independently handle inbound queries through telephone calls from prospects, existing clients, dealers, and other customers.
Manage and update internal software tools and systems, including CRM.
