Read and analyse structural, architectural, and formwork drawings using AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Prepare progress bills, verify site execution quantities, and conduct quantity reconciliations.
Monitor material consumption, cost variances, and wastage against project budgets.
Coordinate with project/site teams for quantity verification and commercial requirements.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/Billing software.
Good knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost control.
Understanding of monolithic/aluminium formwork systems (Mivan) and safety/climbing platforms will be an advantage.
