Responsible for delivering technical training to Client team & Channel partnersteams/,

fostering hands-on learning experiences.

• Own the implementation of the ADDIE process of training, from analysis to evaluation, to

the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously improve learning outcomes
Responsible for Developing Training Programs: Take ownership of designing and
developing comprehensive training programs tailored to automotive technicians and engineers.
Drive the creation of content covering various aspects such as mechanical systems, electrical
systems, diagnostics, and emerging automotive technologies.
• Accountable for Delivering Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training
common issues, and impart practical skills required for automotive maintenance and repair.

- measure the effectiveness of training programs. stakeholders to continually improve training content and delivery methods.
- latest advancements in automotive technology, regulations, and industry trends. continuous self-development to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.

Prepare regular reports summarizing training
Ensure training programs adhere to industry regulations,
and best practices in all training activities.
Education Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/Automobile/Mechanical)
Relevant Experience :
2 yr experience (Degree), 4+ years’ Experience (Diploma) in the Automobile Industry,
Specific service training experience in OEM & or Automobile Service Centre experience as Diagnostic
Diagnostic experience in Automobile workshop

- Training delivery to various profiles
- Training content development
- Hands on MS-office tools
- Robust understanding of automotive systems and technologies.
- Certification in instructional design or training facilitation is a plus.
