Role Summary Seeking a hands-on IT Manager with proven experience in stock broking/capital markets environments. Mandatory experience supporting live algorithmic trading systems, exchange connectivity, trading platforms, and DP systems. This is a specialized capital-markets technology role, not a general IT support position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support exchange connectivity and trading infrastructure (NSE, BSE, MCX).
Provide technical support for dealer terminals, trading applications, and live algorithmic trading platforms.
Troubleshoot trading-critical issues, order flow disruptions, connectivity, and system integration problems.
Support DP/depository systems and integrations with trading and back-office applications.
Ensure system availability, backups, disaster recovery readiness, and information security controls.
Coordinate with exchanges, technology vendors, and service providers for upgrades, testing,

IT/Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with OMS/RMS, FIX/API connectivity, exchange member infrastructure, and vendor-integrated trading platforms.
