At Eravoo, we believe childhood is meant for wonder, exploration and discovery. We're looking for passionate, hands-on educators who want to reimagine how young children learn.

What You'll Do

- Design and facilitate engaging, play-based learning experiences for children aged 2–6.
- Create inviting learning spaces that encourage curiosity, creativity and independent exploration.
- Observe, document and support each child's learning and developmental journey.
- Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Collaborate with fellow educators on curriculum planning, classroom activities and reflections.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development through everyday experiences.

Who We're Looking For

- Educators with experience or qualifications in early childhood education, Montessori, NTT or a related field.
- Individuals who genuinely enjoy spending time with young children.
- Creative thinkers who believe learning extends beyond worksheets and textbooks.
- Warm, energetic team players who are willing to learn, unlearn and experiment.

This is a hands-on classroom teaching role for children aged 2–6, not an administrative or managerial position.

If you're excited about creating meaningful childhood experiences and being part of a dynamic, evolving team, we'd love to meet you!
