You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in financial analysis.As a Financial Planning and Analysis professional in the Financial Analysis team, you will lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, including short- and long-term projections of earnings and capital across varying economic scenarios.

Serve as a liaison between firmwide planning and analysis, lines of business, functional finance teams and other support teams to provide impactful reporting, planning and insightful analyses

Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed

Develop, consolidate and present qualitative and quantitative financial analysis including annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecast variances

Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc)

Collaborate with business partners across planning and analysis, lines of business and the firm to ensure timely,



accurate and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders across firmwide, functional finance and lines of business teams

Hold a BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

Use strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, Visual Basic, and macros

Navigate multiple data sets and synthesize information into cohesive presentations and recommendations

Maintain robust attention to detail and perform well under pressure while handling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously work collaboratively as a team-oriented, inquisitive, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management

CFA, CPA, or MBA

Have at least 3 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience (financial services industry experience preferred)
