Job Title : Capital Projects Management Specialist – Primavera P6 Scheduling

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Capital Projects Management Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 and infrastructure project scheduling. The role will support scheduling operations for large-scale infrastructure programs, including hyperscale data centre projects and capital projects related to low-carbon grids and energy transition.

The selected candidate will develop and maintain integrated project schedules, monitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, and coordinate with scheduling leads, project teams, and global stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and effective project execution.

Experience : 7–11 yrs

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Work Setup : Work From Office (WFO).

Required Skills :

1. Primavera P6 scheduling and project controls.

2. Schedule development, baselines, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and critical path analysis.

3. Infrastructure and capital project scheduling.

4. Progress tracking, variance analysis, schedule analytics, and reporting.

5. Project coordination, analytical problem-solving, and schedule optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.





- Monitor project progress, critical path activities, milestones, and schedule baselines.

- Conduct schedule health checks, progress validation, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

- Maintain schedule accuracy, data integrity, version control, and compliance with scheduling standards.

- Support time impact assessments, scenario modelling, schedule optimization, and project planning.

- Coordinate with scheduling leads, project teams, and global stakeholders across multiple projects.

- Resolve moderately complex scheduling issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.

- Support infrastructure project lifecycle activities across planning, engineering, construction, and commissioning.

- Manage assigned work and contribute to team objectives.

- Work rotational shifts as required.

Qualifications :

- BE/Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

- Robust hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling for infrastructure or capital projects.

- Knowledge of project scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, schedule baselines, and milestone tracking.

- Experience in schedule reporting, progress monitoring, and variance analysis.
