About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Senior Developer / Technical Lead with 6 - 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.- Build robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.- Develop and implement microservices-based architectures.- Apply core Java concepts, including OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Java 8+ features.- Work with Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js or Angular.- Build reusable UI components and frontend modules.- Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs and microservices.- Work with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Design and develop distributed applications using Microservices architecture.- Implement service-to-service communication and API integrations.- Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.- Design database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance.- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.- Participate in technical discussions,



solution design, and architecture decisions.- Review code and ensure adherence to development standards.- Guide junior developers and support the team in resolving technical challenges.- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery activities.Required Experience & Qualifications : - 6 - 10 years of overall experience in software development.- Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development.- Excellent working knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices.- Hands-on frontend development experience using React.js or Angular.- Must have independently developed backend services as well as frontend components.- Experience in integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.- Good understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.- Experience working in Agile development environments.- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.- Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ.- Experience with Redis and MongoDB.- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Jasmine.- Exposure to application security, OAuth2, and JWT.
