ACCOUNT MANAGER Code to Couture LLP | Saket, New Delhi

We are looking for an Account Manager to handle our client accounts and be their main point of contact. You will coordinate with our social media, design, content, SEO and performance marketing teams to deliver work on time and keep clients happy. Experience: 2-4 years in client servicing / account management (agency experience preferred)

Mon-Fri: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Office)
Sat: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Work From Home)
Sunday off

Plan project timelines and make sure deliverables are completed on time.
Coordinate with design, content, social media, video and performance marketing teams.
Review work for quality and brand fit before it goes to clients.
Run regular client calls and meetings, and share minutes and action points.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports and performance updates with clients.




Spot opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts.
Support proposals, pitches and current client onboarding.
Track invoices and payment follow-ups with the accounts team, where required.
Excellent communication in English and Hindi (written and spoken)

- Strong follow-up, organisation and time management
- Good with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets and PPT
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Knowledge of WhatsApp automation tools, or the willingness and ability to learn them quickly (training will be provided)

Experience with WhatsApp Business API or tools like WATI, Interakt, AiSensy or Gupshup
