Role Summary

We are looking for an MIS and Reporting skilled with strong expertise in MS Excel, VBA, data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting . The role will focus on managing collections data, developing reports and dashboards, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to improve collections performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage collections data from multiple sources.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in collections management systems.

- Develop and maintain databases and reports for B2B collections.

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on collection performance, outstanding receivables, and aging accounts.

- Analyze collection trends and identify issues and improvement opportunities.

- Prepare and present reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

- Evaluate existing collections processes and recommend improvements.

- Implement and monitor new processes and tools to improve collections efficiency.

- Work with IT and Finance teams to integrate and automate collections systems.





- Support the development of collection strategies and policies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

- 100% Work From Office (WFO).

- Night shifts are applicable by default.
