Role Description This isn't a typical sales role. You'll be talking to potential customers, understanding what they're looking The Inside Sales Specialist is a full time role based in the Punjab & Chandigarh with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospective customers via phone, email, and digital channels, explaining Prorata's fractional car ownership model, and converting qualified leads into paying co-owners. The role involves managing and nurturing the sales pipeline, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools to support data-driven decision-making.



The Inside Sales Specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support customer queries, and promote high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This position requires a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets while representing Prorata's brand and values in every customer interaction.

This is not a typical sales role. Have 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead conversion or B2C sales.
Be comfortable speaking to customers and having sales conversations.
Communicate clearly in English, Hindi & Punjabi
Be comfortable working with CRM tools and basic software.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the Punjab & Chandigarh Region, with flexibility to meet clients or stakeholders in person as needed.
