About the role
You'll join a growing engineering team focused on enabling AI across internal processes, engineering and delivery workflows, and customer-facing products. You'll work hands-on to build AI-powered solutions that automate processes, improve engineering productivity, and solve real customer problems.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building practical AI solutions and taking ownership from development through delivery.

What you'll do

Build AI-powered solutions across internal process automation, engineering and delivery, and customer-facing workflows
Identify opportunities where AI can automate processes and improve operational efficiency
Build and integrate AI capabilities into engineering and delivery workflows
Develop customer-focused AI solutions that solve real user and business problems
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications and workflows using Python
Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand problems and build practical solutions
Take ownership of AI projects from experimentation and development through production delivery
Evaluate recent AI technologies and tools and identify where they can create meaningful impact




Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready

What we're looking for

- 5-8 years of software engineering experience
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Python
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, automation, or intelligent workflows
- Understanding of applying AI across internal processes, engineering workflows, and customer-facing products
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects end to end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, product, and business teams
