Job Title : Lead Finance Analyst – Procure to Pay (PTP)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Finance Analyst to support Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Finance & Accounting operations within the Travel, Transport, and Hospitality (TTH) domain. The role involves overseeing procurement and invoice processing activities, resolving invoice discrepancies, coordinating payment processing, managing vendor reconciliations, handling escalations, and driving process improvements while maintaining strong financial controls and service quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations, including procurement, purchase order processing, invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.

- Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor helpdesk queries within defined timelines.

- Handle client escalations and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly MIS reports using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

- Ensure SOPs are accurately documented,



regularly updated, and followed.

- Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with process requirements.

- Identify process gaps, analyze errors, and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

- Meet month-end deadlines and other project-specific deliverables.

- Support team coordination, cross-training, and knowledge sharing.

- Provide clear, concise, and timely responses to queries and escalations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, BBA, BCCA, MBA, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) or Finance & Accounting operations.

- Positive understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, including procurement, PO processing, invoice resolution, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.

- Strong MS Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to manage escalations, stakeholders, reporting, and competing deadlines.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Ability to drive process improvements, adapt to changing requirements, and work effectively in a team.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts from the Nagpur location.
