Job Role : UI/UX Designer Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 0-1 Year
Cox & Kings is one of the most recognised names in travel. We create international leisure holidays for travellers who want more than an itinerary. They come through our website, digital campaigns, travel experts and a growing network of franchise stores across India. We're growing fast, and digital is at the centre of that growth. For most customers, our website, landing pages and booking journeys are their first experience of Cox & Kings. We want each one to feel as good as the holiday itself. As a designer here, you'll shape how people dream about, explore and book their next trip, and your work will go live in front of real customers quickly.
We're looking for an early-career UI/UX Designer to shape how customers discover and book holidays with Cox & Kings. You'll design our website, landing pages and booking journeys, plus internal tools for our sales teams. This role suits someone with internship experience or up to one year full-time who wants real ownership from day one.
Design end-to-end customer journeys: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and highfidelity UI for our website, holiday package pages, landing pages and enquiry/booking flows. Every screen should work smoothly on mobile and desktop and stay true to the Cox & Kings brand.
Design campaign landing pages,
banners and digital creatives with the marketing team. Turn what you learn into explicit, practical design improvements.
Hand off well-documented designs to developers and review builds before launch for design accuracy. Help build and maintain our design system (colours, typography, components and icons).
Design for internal teams: Create simple, efficient interfaces for the tools and dashboards our sales, pre-sales and operations teams use every day.
A degree or diploma in Design (UI/UX, Interaction, Visual or Graphic), HCI or a related field.
A recognised UI/UX certification backed by strong portfolio work is equally welcome.
Experience: 0-1 year, either a UI/UX design internship or up to one year of full-time experience.
3-4 projects (live, internship, academic or personal) that walk through your process from problem to research to final design, not just polished screens.
Tools: Strong command of Figma. Working knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop or Illustrator is a bonus.
Design fundamentals: A solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, user flows and responsive, mobile-first design, with a sharp eye for layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
You can explain and defend your design choices clearly, take feedback well, and keep up with the latest in UI/UX, especially in travel and e-commerce.
