About the job
We are looking for Gujarati-speaking professionals with strong communication and customer service skills to join our voice support team. The role involves assisting customers, resolving technical and service-related queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer calls in Gujarati and English and provide effective solutions to their queries.
2. Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complex queries.
3. Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams whenever necessary.
5. Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
6. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, accuracy, and service quality.
7. Follow company policies, processes, and data security guidelines.
8. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Work shift & location requirements:

1. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
2. Willingness to work from the office in Hyderabad or Gurugram.
3. Candidates must be willing to relocate if required. Skill(s) required

6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
