Share product images, catalogs, and other sales information when required.
Handle common questions and sales objections professionally.
Guide interested customers through the purchase decision and close sales.
Collect the required order details accurately before handing confirmed orders over for processing.
Escalate unusual customer requests, complaints, custom requirements, or pricing approvals when necessary.

Previous experience in any of the following is an advantage: Instagram or WhatsApp sales, online/D2C sales, e-commerce customer service, home décor,



personalized gifts, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle products, retail sales, or inside sales/customer support.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability are also welcome to apply.
