This is an exciting chance to lead Talent Acquisition initiatives across OCS Group India. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the corporate recruitment team, drive PAN India hiring requirements, partner with Branch HR teams, and ensure the timely delivery of quality talent across functions and business units.

Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to deliver quality hiring within agreed timelines.
Oversee PAN India recruitment requirements across corporate offices, regional teams, and business divisions.
Collaborate with Branch HR teams and provide recruitment support whenever required.
Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, hiring metrics, and talent analytics.
Report to management on recruitment updates, hiring trends, and actionable insights.

Bachelor's Degree in any stream, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven track record of managing recruitment teams and bulk recruitment.




- Strong expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, MIS reporting, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Preferred experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Hospitality.
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on business requirements.
