Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with relevant Google product experience to lead day-to-day operations, drive team performance, ensure compliance, and deliver operational excellence. The role requires strong people leadership, KPI management, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and compliance to ensure operational targets are achieved.

- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance and engagement.

- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.

- Conduct daily team meetings to communicate updates, priorities, and operational requirements.

- Monitor individual and team performance, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans.

- Identify training needs and support employee growth through coaching and mentoring.

- Plan staffing requirements, allocate resources,



and optimize schedules to maintain operational coverage.

- Oversee daily workflows and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and follow established communication protocols.

- Escalate significant operational risks and issues to the Account Manager.

- Drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to contractual and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of relevant operations experience.

- Relevant Google product experience is mandatory.

- Proven team leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

- Strong knowledge of KPI monitoring, data analysis, and operational reporting.

- Experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, and daily operations management.

- Solid understanding of compliance standards and operational controls.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational-shift environment.
