Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – P2P Quality to manage end-to-end quality control operations across Accounts Payable (AP). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of P2P processes, quality audits, root cause analysis, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end quality control operations across Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master, and Travel & Expense (T&E;).

Ensure adherence to Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters, SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.

Conduct daily quality audits, review findings, identify gaps, and report results to internal and external stakeholders.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5 Whys analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor SLA, KPI, turnaround time (TAT), and accuracy targets.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of team deliverables and reporting.

Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Demonstrate effective communication, analytical thinking, and proactive conflict resolution.

Required Skills

-

Solid knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P processes.

-

Experience in quality audits, RCA, 5 Whys, and corrective/preventive actions.

-

Understanding of SLA, KPI, TAT, and accuracy metrics.

-

Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and MS Office.

-

Advanced Excel skills.

-

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

B.Com, M.Com, or a postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
