Role Description The Business Development Manager role at SkillEdge Management is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohali district. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting recruitment services across Civil, MEP, and Facilities Management sectors.



The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, participate in networking events, and contribute to strategic planning to expand the company's client base. Consistent reporting on sales performance and ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders are essential components of the role.

Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within recruitment or HR services.

Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop targeted outreach strategies.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and basic reporting and analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; Knowledge of Civil, MEP, or Facilities Management sectors is highly desirable, along with a robust professional ethic and collaborative mindset.
