Role Description The Receptionist role at Vedanta Notebook Industries is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing front desk operations in a professional manner. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, maintaining visitor logs, coordinating appointments and meeting room schedules, and supporting basic clerical activities such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.



The role also involves providing courteous customer service to clients and partners, collaborating with internal teams for smooth office communication, and maintaining a neat and organized reception area.

Strong Phone Etiquette and professional handling of inbound and outbound calls.

Experience with Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, and directing inquiries.

Proficient Clerical Skills such as filing, record-keeping, data entry, and handling mail and documentation.

Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for guests and external stakeholders.

Basic computer literacy, including use of email, office software, and telephone systems.

Ability to remain organized, attentive to detail, and calm in a busy office environment.

Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred;
